WATERTIMER 440Very little effort is required to open these taps. They are simply opened by resting a hand on the press lever. Once released they close with a delay of about 10 seconds. This makes them ideal for use by both disabled and able bodied people.Installing these taps will help you to meet the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act. Suitable for use in homes for the elderly or infirm, clinics, infant schools, offices and industry. The long reach nose and spray outlet makes these taps ideal for hand washing. Also available with an anti splash outlet.

WATERTIMER 442Just like the Watertimer 440 shown above, but with a different style of press lever.Installing these taps enables an effective reduction in both water and energy costs. This is due to their delayed closing action, spray outlet and an integral flow control system. Built into the spray outlet, the flow control can be pre set at installation to limit the water output over a wide range of supply pressures, providing just enough water for hand washing. Also available with an anti splash outlet which does not include the flow control system.
