WATERTIMER 440 & 441
Just resting a hand on the stainless steel press lever is all that is required to open this tap. Once released, it automatically closes with a time delay of about 10 seconds. This basin spray tap has a long reach nose and is ideal for hand washing under clean running water. The 440 has a spray outlet that incorporates an adjustable flow control. This enables the water output to be limited at installation to just that required, over a wide range of supply pressures. The 441 is fitted with a flow straightener for anti splash output.

WATERTIMER 442 & 443

WATERTIMER 450
An anti vandal basin spray tap with a long reach nose. The push cap is 'secretly' fixed and requires two tools to be applied in sequence to remove it. This together with the robust all metal construction makes this tap resistant to vandalism. Ideal for hand washing under clean running water, with the tap continuing to run for about 10 seconds after each actuation. The spray outlet incorporates an adjustable flow control. WATERTIMER 452S & 453S
Surface mounted valve for hand washing (452S) with about 10 second time delay, or for showering (453S) with approximately 25 seconds time delay. The need for re actuation avoids the valves being left running and so greatly economises on the use of hot water.

Ducted delayed closing valve with tapered button. The 454T is suitable for hand washing, or the 455T for showering applications in sports centres, swimming pools etc.

Ducted delayed closing valve with recessed button. Specify the 454R for hand washing and the 455R for showering applications. The flush mounting and anti ligature button reduces the risk of personal injury. This makes the fitting ideal for safe use in prisons and similar secure institutions.

Delayed closing shower valve with shrouded anti ligature button. For installations that do not allow rear access, this valve is recessed into solid block work. It is concealed by the large cover plate which is secured by anti tamper screws. Ideal for showering applications in secure institutions such as mental health units, prisons and police holding cell areas.
